At ExpressGo Coffee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we stand by the quality of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at ExpressoCoffee333@gmail.com.
To assist with your claim, we may require:

A clear photo or video of the defective item.

Your order number and proof of purchase.
Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Refund Policy
We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:
✔ If your item arrives damaged or defective (verified with photos/videos).
✔ If your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
